Well aging is in vogue, with its ties to the overall wellness movement. Naolys' latest active launch, Optimum Life Angelica (INCI: Angelica Archangelica Callus Extract), provides antioxidative, energizing and other health support to aging skin in skin and body care, along with color cosmetics.

Based on angelica, an herb known for its protective qualities, the ingredient targets skin's respiration, nutrition and communication cellular functions to provide the following effects:
- Increases collagen and elastin levels to keep skin firm and supple;
- Enhances cell energy, balance and well-being via an improved nutrient supply, better intercellular communication and respiration; and
- Decreases oxidative stress and the formation of free radicals caused by pollution and environmental stressors.
The preservative-free ingredient can also reportedly decrease wrinkle size: Total area of wrinkles decreased by 16% after 28 days of treatment in the company's clinical study.
