Bare Escentuals has added an eye treatment to its RareMinerals line of skin care. RareMinerals Active Triple Treatment Eye Cream is said to minimize the look of fine lines, restore firmness and reduce puffiness.
The eye product is formulated with the company's ActiveSoil Complex, an electrolyte delivery system for the product's antiaging ingredients. The complex reportedly promotes collagen synthesis, acts as an MMP inhibitor, and adds antioxidant environmental protection. Also included in the product are marine peptides to strengthen and contour the eye area for increased firmness while reducing the appearance of dark circles and puffiness. Plant-derived squalene was added to the product to help restore moisture balance and suppleness.
