The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for preventing or alleviating sensitive skin comprising a mixture of oils extracted from Euryale ferox Salisb. (foxnut), Euphorbia lathyris L. (caper spurge) and Rosa multiflora Thunb. (Japanese or baby rose).

According to the inventors, this mixture can prevent or alleviate sensitive skin having a deteriorated barrier function and accompanied by various types of dermatitis. It does so by activating PPARα and reinforcing the skin barrier.
