The cosmetic composition of this patent combines at least one organopolysiloxane possessing at least one hydrophilic radical with at least one hydrocarbon oil that is not compatible with the said organopolysiloxane. Furthermore, the composition contains, as compatibilizing agent, an effective quantity of at least one hydrocarbon ester comprising less than 40 carbon atoms. These compositions are intended especially for powders, eye shadows, foundations, concealers, lipsticks, makeup products for the body, mascaras, eyeliners or care compositions for the skin.
