The manufacturing process includes: pre-fermentingsoapberry fruit, processing said fruit by a dialysis device, separating the soapberry flesh and fiber by a separation device, extracting soapberry dialytic liquid through a grinding and compression device and separating the fiber, eliminating bacteria inside the dialytic liquid by a large stewing device and conducting a second fermenting process with a vacuum device to generate a soapberry syrup. Said method reportedly is healthy, toxin free and biologically safe, produce no waste, zero carbon emissions, zero pollution, low energy production and is ecologically friendly.
End products produced by said method are variables with excellent economic viability. Skin care products are: shower gel, facial gel, shampoo, bath powder, soap, facial mask, night-cream and so on. There are some differences in the properties of cleansing products. In this patent, they are categorized as an inorganic detergent or an organic detergent. Materials with high levels of unsaponifiable matter, such as extracts from plants, produce hydrolysates with unique properties. Properties that are sought in traditional saponification of natural oils are a result of low levels of unsaponifiables. These properties include high levels of aqueous surfactant activity, water-solubility or ready water-dispersability, activity as foaming agents and the like. An objective of traditional saponification processes is to increase the water-solubility and surfactant activity of naturally occurring materials.
