The makeup cosmetic is characterized by containing: a silicone gel containing a cross-linked polyether-modified silicone and a silicone oil; an oil; and a powder. Preferably, a gel containing 20-30% w/w cross-linked polyether-modified silicone and 70-80% w/w silicone oil is used as the aforementioned silicone gel.
