EU Regulatory Update: Provisions for CMRs

As of Dec. 1, 2010, the new provisions [Article 15(1&2)] on use of substances classified as carcinogenic, mutagenic or toxic for reproduction (CMR) will apply and Article 4b of the Cosmetics Directive 76/768/EEC will be repealed.
