This November, REACH is advancing from the pre-registration to the registration phase, and the industry is braced to feel its impact. As ongoing preparations are made, the industry is gaining a clearer picture of the magnitude of REACH. So, what will happen after registration? What can be expected when it hits, in full force? How can the industry succeed?

Cosmetics & Toiletries magazine’s first REACH Summit, held in 2007, aimed at preparing the industry for the then-unknown implications of REACH. Now that REACH is in motion and pending full enactment, C&T magazine’s REACH Summit: Revisited will fill in the blanks on:

  • Previously undefined areas—naturals, polymers, animal testing, etc.
  • Costs associated with REACH—from registration and testing fees, to lawsuits, impeded innovation and trade barriers.
  • What tools are available to support the industry—SIEFs, consortiums, “only” representatives and more.

REACH is here and will continue moving forward. C&T magazine’s REACH Summit: Revisited looks ahead at the reality of what’s to come to provide the industry with the necessary information to achieve "Success within REACH."
