Horn Care Elements, a North American distributor of ingredients and raw materials, has announced that Nathan Reighard will act as its new account manager.
Reighard has practically 10 years of experience developing personal care accounts in the Pacific Northwest and Intermountain West region. His past work has resulted in double-digit growth year-over-year. He is an active member of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists, an alumnus of Colorado State University and is a military veteran and former U.S. Army sergeant.
