Bouldin Named General Manager of Arch as Banham Retires

Lisa Bouldin has been promoted to general manager of Arch Personal Care Products (South Plainfield, N.J., USA), a business unit of Arch Chemicals Inc. Bouldin will assume the role from Andy Banham, who has retired after a decade in the position.

Bouldin joined the company in 2003 as technical marketing manager. Since that time, she has held a few positions, most recently as global director of sales and marketing. Before joining Arch, Bouldin served ten years of cosmetic and chemical industry experience at Sensient Technologies, Union Carbide and Bausch and Lomb.
