Rick Tolin has been named global business director of personal care and home care for Noveon Consumer Specialties, a subsidiary of the Lubrizol Corporation.
Tolin will lead the sales, product marketing and technical services organizations globally, with primary responsibility for the continued growth of the personal care segment and for the implementation of global strategic plans.
Before his appointment, Tolin served as sales director for the Lubrizol performance coatings group in Europe and the Americas.
