Alberto Culver Appoints Three Directors

Following its recent split from Sally Beauty, Alberto Culver has appointed three directors to its board. George Fotiades, Kelly Napier and Thomas Datillo will be joining the board. The three appointees are replacing A.G. Atwater, William Wirtz and Howard Burnick who retired from the company after the split. Also joining the board will be company president and CEO, Jim Marino.
