The Independent Cosmetic Manufacturers and Distributors Association(ICMAD) announced the Cosmetic Innovators of the Year(CITY) award winners at its 33rd Annual Meeting on June 21, 2006.  The awards were given to those with outstanding achievement in innovative products, package designs and marketing ideas.

The following awards were presented:

CITY Award for Personal Care Product: Baby Silk Babysafe Sunscreen Towelettes SPF30 by MD Moms
CITY Award for Color Cosmetic Product: Styli-Style 24 by Intermark USA
CITY Award for Skin Care Product: Dermanew Acne and Oil Clarifying System by Dermanew
CITY Award for Personal Care Package Design: Mediterranean Color Sunless Skincare System by Bella Bronze/Solarceuticals
CITY Award for Color Cosmetic Package Design: H/E Bronzer for Men by Iredale Mineral Cosmetics
