TRI Appoints Personal Care Position

Textile Research Institute/ Princeton have announced the appointment of Peter D. Kaplan, Ph.D. as research director of the personal care group. Prior to the appointment, Kaplan was the director of measurement science at Unilever R&D.

According to the company, Kaplan plans to continue the work of Yash K. Kamath, Ph.D., his predecessor, and by broadening TRI's knowledge of hair care and fiber science.  In addition, he will also reportedly continue to research measurement science.
