Andrew Shearer will join Chemsil Silicones Inc. as director of quality control and regulatory affairs. In his new role, Shearer will develop and maintain methods to ensure the company provides quality products.
Shearer has extensive knowledge in laboratory instrumentation, regulatory affairs and quality control systems. Before joining Chemsil, Shearer spent four years working for John Paul Mitchell Systems as both a quality control manager and an R&D chemist. He also holds a bachelor's of science degree in chemistry and forensic science from Alvernia University.
