Biosil's Founder and President, Charles Buffa, Passes Away

Cologero "Charles" Buffa, founder and president of Biosil Technologies, passed away on Aug. 3, 2012, at the age of 77. Buffa was born in the Bronx, N.Y., USA. He founded Biosil Technologies, a company headquartered in Allendale, N.J., USA, that specializes in the development of emerging silicone, ester and biotechnology resources for personal care.

A former resident of Bergenfield, N.J., USA, Buffa relocated to Delray Beach, Fla., USA, before his passing. Buffa is the beloved husband of the late Aida Buffa. He is survived by children Celeste Whritenour, Carla Buffa and Regina Buffa-Veedell; sisters Marie Clougherty and Nina Alberti; and grandchildren Adam Veedell and Gianna Whritenour.

A visitation will be held on Aug. 8, 2012 at Riewerts Memorial Home followed by services at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church on Aug. 9, 2102. Send a lasting condolence through Riewerts Memorial Home.
