Takasago Adds Technical, Sensory and Marketing Staffers

The Takasago Americas division of Takasago (Tokyo) announced it has hired several new staff members to its team.

John Zanone has been named a senior flavorist in oral care flavors, having previously been an analytical chemist, perfumer, R&D director and senior oral care flavorist at Noville. He will oversee the development of new oral care flavors.

Slavica Pesic-Klajn joins Takasago as a senior beverage technologist, with experience at Signature Design Spirits and Flavormatic Industries, where she was manager for flavor application, as well as Unilever and NAVIP, where she was involved in R&D and product development.

Michael J. Paul joins the company as a senior marketing coordinator for the beverages, savory, confectionary and oral care divisions, and finally, Shweta Kumari has been named a flavor sensory analyst and will conduct sensory descriptive, discriminative and consumer tests.
