The Lubrizol Corp. was awarded Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certification by the European Federation for Cosmetics Ingredients (EFfCI) for its manufacturing of acrylic acid polymers (Carbopol and Pemulen) at its facility in Kallo, Belgium.
EFfCI is a European trade association that brings together manufacturers of synthetic and natural ingredients for the cosmetics and personal care industry. Their GMP certification is based on strict guidelines of maintaining product quality and industry hygiene during the manufacturing process.
