Croda's acquisition of Inventiva adds Inventiva's encapsulation and delivery system technologies to its personal care arsenal, the basis of which will form a new research and technology platform for the encapsulation and delivery of Croda's products. Croda also now has access to a suite of new technologies, strong relationships in Brazil and South America, good scientific data and leading industry knowledge.
