The laboratories are capable of providing quicker customer response time in addition to opportunities for enhanced customer engagement and potential collaboration projects. With these advantages to the local market, the restored facilities aim to strengthen customer relationships and communication with formulators’ firms in the long term.
Additionally, with the expanded site capabilities, existing and new customers will have an increase in support to resolve common issues involving product formulations.
Furthermore, the laboratories will allow customers to attend training workshops on-site. Participants can learn about the company’s new product launches and insight into current market trends for personal care, health care, crop care and home care.
