Alban Muller International, a Vincennes, France-based manufacturer of natural cosmetic ingredients and skin care products, is expanding operations into the Western United States with a new office in Los Angeles. Business development manager Valerie Plotnikova will head the new hub for the West Coast region. Plotnikova has 20 years of experience in the cosmetic and beauty industry.
