Charkit Acquires ISI and Adds Marine Raw Materials

Charkit Chemical Corp. has acquired International Sourcing Inc. (ISI), effective as of April 28, 2010. The aquisition reportedly will increase Charkit's personal care ingredient offerings, specifically those derived from marine souces.
“This acquisition expands our product line to a collection of exotic seaweeds, salts and muds as well as body and facial masks that include some of the most sought-after ingredients,” noted Jay Lang, Charkit’s vice president of sales in a company press release.
According to Charkit, those formulating with ISI ingredients will not see an interruption in service.
