S&M Establishes New Entity

Schülke & Mayr has established of a new US operating entity, Schülke Inc. As of August 1, 2007, Schülke & Mayr products will be sold through Schülke Inc., located the company's current sales and marketing offices in MT. Arlington, N.J., USA. The company has also expanded the office to include customer service and sampling departments.
