JH Partners has acquired hair care brand Ouidad. The acquisition will be the firm's first hair care brand. The executives at Ouidad will remain at the company. The only executive change will be the addition of Hillary Solomon, former senior vice president of marketing at Kiehl's and executive director of marketing at Frederic Fekkai, who will replace Peter Wise as chief executive officer.

JH Partners, who aided the growth of Bare Escentuals, reportedly will expand the hair care brand with a multichannel strategy. The brand is currently availably only in affiliated salons, the flagship salon and on its Web site, a fact that JH Partners hopes to change.
