The HallStar Company has promoted two employees to newly created positions. Bill Bausback was named director of sales and strategic accounts for the company's personal care ingredients. In the new position, he will concentrate on helping global customers use the company's portfolio of patented photostabilizers in sun care and additional personal care products.
Additionally, Carmen Masciantonio was named business director for the company's personal care ingredients. Before his appointment, Masciantonio served as director of marketing for personal care ingredients. His new position expands his role to cover sales and marketing activities for all North American personal care accounts.
