Atrium Biotechnologies Changes Name

Atrium Biotechnologies Inc. has changed its name to Atrium Innovations Inc. The change is said to be a reflection of the change from a biotechnology subsidiary to a cosmetics, pharmaceutical, chemical and nutrition manufacturer and marketer.

The company has also appointed Carole St-Charles to the board. She is the president of Consortium J.L.F. Inc., a limited partner of J.L Freeman LP, a commercial food and OTC heath care product company.
