Symrise Announces Sale of 81 Million Shares

Symrise AG announced plans to raise €1.44 billion to fund expansion and cut debt. The company will sell as many as 81 million shares for €15.75 to €17.75. IPO subscription runs from December 1 to December 8, and trading begins on on December 11.
