Dow Corning has introduced a collection of skin care and color cosmetic formulation concepts that can make skin seem healthier, protect it from the elements, or dress it up for a night out. The campaign is titled Experience the Difference: Second Skin.

"The Experience the Difference: Second Skin will help formulators provide options for consumers who want to express themselves through their appearance and protect themselves with their personal care products," said Eriko Sakurai, global industry director for marketing, Dow Corning Life Sciences Business.

According to Sakuri, the campaign includes creams, makeup for the face and body and emulsions. The formulations are: In & Out 893, Breathe 894, Potion Emotion 895, Arctic Defense 896, Triple Effects 897, Spice of the Orient 898 and Perfectly Legs 899. Breathe 894, for example, is a cooling hydrogel specifically for men that if formulated to hydrate and control excess sebum. For more information, visit Dow Corning's Web site.
