Treatt Opens Shanghai Office

Treatt Plc. is expanding East with its recent announcement to open a Treatt China in Shanghai. According to the company, Treatt China, under the management of Ms. Rowan Sham, will support the company's existing sales and marketing in the region in addition to working alongside its current agent Ter Chemicals Hong Kong.

"Opening an office in China will enhance our ability to respond to current and future customer requirements, benefiting both our global and national customers in this rapidly growing region," added Hugo Bovill, Treatt's managing director.

The operation is scheduled to begin mid-2006.
