Coty Expands Operations

Coty Inc. announces its plan to expand operations in its Sanford, North Carolina facility.  The new operations will include installation of four new state of the art manufacturing lines and expansion of its distribution capacity.

As a result of the business venture, Coty's facility in Mt. Olive, New Jersey will close.  These operations will be consolidated into the expanded Sanford facility.  The company intends to help the 200 Mt. Olive employees find positions within Coty.  The expanded Sanford facility and Mt. Olive transition is expected to be completed by the second or third quarter of 2007.
