ICI Reports Uniqema Sale is Progressing

ICI reportedly is continuing with efforts to remove non-core assets and the sale process for Uniqema is progressing "satisfactorily," said chairman Peter Ellwood, according to a report by AFX. "However, we have made it clear that if the sale process currently underway does not lead to a better value proposition for shareholders, we will keep the business and invest in further efficiencies to ensure it remains competitive. "
