Seppic Announces Distribution Partnership with Sophim

Seppic Inc. has been named the the U.S. distributor for Sophim, beginning in March 2006. Based in the south of France, Sophim specializes in oleo chemistry and olive derivatives with a product portfolio consisting of marine- and vegetable-derived squalane (Sophiderm and Phytosqualan), olive waxes with melting point ranges from 25°C to 57°C (Phytowax), and hydrogenated polyisobutene (MC30, MC300).
