Coty and KOSE Conclude Licensing Agreement

Coty Inc. and KOSE Corp. have concluded a licensing agreement regarding the manufacture and distribution of Rimmel in Japan. Accordingly, KOSE will both import Rimmel products, a cosmetics brand owned by Coty and made in the UK, and initiate production based on the licensing agreement, with a launch in the Japanese market in September 2006.
