  • Article

BioPharmetics Inc. (formerly known as BTG Cosmetics) announced it has signed a joint venture with Cosmetics Based on Nature Inc., a Canadian Health and Beauty product distributor. The joint venture reportedly allows BioPharmetics exclusive rights to sell the Molo Africa line of natural health and beauty products, the Micha line of antiaging products for women, and the Isseo Men's skin care line in the United States.

Paul D. Lisenby, chief executive officer (CEO) of Biopharmetics Inc. commented in a press statement, "We've already attended several industry trade shows and the interest in all three products is incredible. We expect to hit US$3 million in sales this year with US$1.5 million in gross profits from these product lines alone." BioPharmetics Inc. is a manufacturer and distributor of pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and antiaging products.
