Zhu Named R&D Food/Flavor Technologist at Frutarom

James Zhu joins Frutarom USA Inc. (North Bergen, N.J., USA) as R&D food/flavor technologist. For the past 21 years, Zhu pursued a technical career at Symrise working in food applications, flavor analysis, formulating, pilot plant scale-ups and sales in the United States and in China. According to Frutarom, he has been involved in the savory, sweet and beverage segment of the food industry, participating in projects with major global customers such as Kraft and General Mills.
