Lehvoss UK, a subsidiary of Lehmann & Voss & Co., has acquired Paroxite, a distributor of esters, speciality natural actives and excipients for the personal care industry.
According to Lehvoss, the acquisition will raise its profile in the personal care industry. Although Paroxite will be integrated into Lehvoss, it will continue as an independent personal care raw materials division. Anna Grant will continue her activities as director of Paroxite, while Lehvoss UK will work to strengthen the sales activities of Paroxidte, ensuring that the strong industry relationships that have been built with suppliers and customers will continue to grow.
