Innospec Renames Active Chemicals Business Segment

The active chemicals business segment of Innospec Inc. is being renamed the performance chemicals business segment, effective Oct. 1, 2012.

According to the company, the term active chemicals did not reflect its portfolio.The change does not affect the structure of the company or the products sold by the company.
