Unipex Innovations Rebrands as Lucas Meyer Cosmetics

Unipex Innovations, a subsidiary of the Unipex Group, will now operate under the name Lucas Meyer Cosmetics. This decision follows the subsidiary's July 2011 acquisition of Lucas Meyer Cosmetics and a strategic reorganization.

The company decided to change its name and update its branding to better reflect its comprehensive portfolio of products and services. Both Unipex Innovations and Lucas Meyer Cosmetics were known for their active ingredients. The company’s management and ownership, as well as its people and products, remain unchanged. The company plans to continue to develop new actives, functional ingredients and delivery systems.

In addition to the name change, the company is adopting a new design scheme and the tagline “join the spirit," which reflects the energy, devotion, passion, innovation and team spirit all the employees have for their work, customers and partners.
