Kyowa Hakko Chemical Americas Renamed KH Neochem Americas

Effective April 1, 2012, Kyowa Hakko Chemical Americas Inc. will be renamed KH Neochem Americas Inc. The company will continue to operate from it current corporate offices in Schaumburg, Ill., USA.

The change is in line with the name charge of its parent company, Kyowa Hakko Chemical Co., Ltd. to KH Neochem, Ltd., which was announced in October 2011.

KH Neochem Americas’ line of products includes synthetic fatty acids, specialty diols, functional monomers and other chemicals based on synthesis technologies for the lubricants, adhesives, agricultural chemicals, coatings and cosmetic industries.
