The DeWolf Companies (DeWolf Chemical Inc.–Glenn Corp.) have entered into an agreement to acquire Canadian specialty chemical distributor Tempo Canada Inc. With this acquisition, The DeWolf Companies are now strategically positioned to offer one channel to the personal care, color cosmetic and HI&I markets throughout North America.
Tempo Canada is headquartered in Oakville, Ontario with regional offices located in Montreal, Quebec, and the acquisition will allow DeWolf to capitalize on the significant growth opportunities that exist in the Canadian personal care and HI&I markets.
Tempo Canada Inc. will retain its name and identity in the marketplace and will continue to operate as a separate stand-alone entity with its own sales, supply chain and customer service teams operating from its existing offices and facilities; identical to how DeWolf Chemical and Glenn Corp. operate today.
