IMCD Named Chinese Distributor for BioAktive

IMCD Group has been named as the distributor for BioAktive Specialty Products in China. The company's Chinese branch, IMCD China, will represent BioAktive’s range of natural active ingredients in the mainland China market.

Specifically highlighted in the area will be BioAktive’s Omega Power range, a range of natural, cold pressed and refined seed oils with a high content in omega fatty acids. These oils are said to nourish the skin and body.

Both companies find strong growth potential in the Chinese natural personal care market, as the domestic consumer becomes more mature and health conscious and the global trend towards natural, chemical free products continues to expand in the Chinese market. IMCD has been active in China for 16 years now and currently covers the following market sectors: coatings, plastics, pharmaceuticals, personal care, food and nutrition.
