Naturex Acquires Chart Corp.

Naturex SA has announced its acquisition of Chart Corp., which specializes in the production of natural flavoring ingredients and adds a comprehensive range of flavoring plant extracts in solid and fluid forms to Naturex's product lines of oleoresins, essential oils and flavoring.

“This acquisition strengthens our position in the natural flavoring ingredients market and further establishes Naturex’s position as one of the global leaders in the field of plant extracts,” said Jacques Dikansky, president and CEO, Naturex.
