Cosmetics & Toiletries magazine is pleased to announce the launch of the Complete Cosmetic Chemist Training Program, an online cosmetic science training course that allows the student to work at their own pace.
To create the program, Allured Business Media, publisher of Cosmetics & Toiletries magazine, partnered with expert formulator Perry Romanowski, who will oversee the content as its program director. The 12-video series previously available on www.ChemistsCorner.com was created by Romanowski to provide practical information the cosmetic chemist can immediately apply. In addition to his role with the training program, Romanowski is also author of Beginning Cosmetic Chemistry, Third Edition, an industry standard text for chemists new to cosmetic formulation.
Registration with the program gives the student access to 12 online video lessons organized by product type (i.e. shampoo, aerosols, nail products, etc.) in addition to validated quizzes, bonus reference materials and the Beginning Cosmetic Chemistry reference. The student will also gain access to forum discussions and live chats.
The Complete Cosmetic Chemist Training Program will build or expand the student's formulation expertise with hours of online instruction, focused on science, formulation and production. Those registered for the program will have access to a wide array of formulas, to in-lab formulation demonstrations and to a community of practicing chemists and subject matter experts ready to help them generate new product ideas and solve formulating problems.
