Doug Schoon, the former vice president of science and technology for Creative Nail Design Systems, has opened a consulting practice specializing in the global regulatory, scientific and chemical arenas. With many years of experience working with regulators in the USA, European Union, Canada and Australia, Schoon is positioned to help cosmetic, beauty and personal care companies navigate the confusing maze of domestic and international regulatory requirements.
