Robertet will present two skin care ingredients during in-cosmetics Global 2018, Casta’Néa, a skin lightener; and the UV skin protector Holimel

Casta’Néa is a chestnut pericarp extract. It’s antioxidant action has been evaluated by the European Institute of Antioxidants and was awarded its highest label, the Gold PAOT. Benefits and efficacy include restoration of skin antioxidant action; protection of skin against pigmentation disorders and the decrease of tyrosinase activity by 26% and up to 60%; and skin lightening in high phototypes, decreasing up to 46% of very pigmented cells. It is natural and vegan, and can be used in targeted spot treatments, anti-aging ranges and base products including foundations and BB creams.

Holimel, a concentrate of melon juice in natural and protective SOD B, boosts the skin’s natural defenses against UV. Benefits include rapidly increasing the skin’s resistance to UV radiation; boosting of the body’s own defense against UV radiation and increasing antioxidant enzymes up to 63%; and prevention of the harmful effects of UV radiation on skill cells by decreasing sunburned cells by 82%. Applications include BB and CC creams, beauty supplements and anti-aging solutions.

Robertet will be located at booth M20 during in-cosmetics Global 2018, held April 17-19 in Amsterdam.
