Animal Testing Congress Announced

The 6th World Congress on Alternatives & Animal Use in the Life Sciences has been announced to take place on August 21-25, 2007 in Tokyo, Japan. According to the congress' presidents, attendance is critical to prepare testing methods before the 7th Amendment of the EU Cosmetics Directive takes effect in 2009.
Scientists are encouraged to attend the event and present their research testing. Also offered at the congress will be lectures, workshops and satellite meetings in Kyoto and other Asian cities. For contact information, click here.
