Extra-mild Sulfosuccinate Surfactant

Colonial Chemical has introduced an extra-mild sulfosuccinate surfactant with a light color and low odor. Cola Mate SI (INCI: Disodium PEG-12 Dimethicone Sulfosuccinate) is derived from a water-soluble silicone copolymer.

With its low skin and eye irritation properties, this surfactant is said to work in mild shampoos, detanglers, facial cleaners and anti-acne formulations. It imparts a long-lasting, dense foam that is easily rinsed and can be formulated with other anionics to reduce their irritation potential.
