Title: Rice and Bamboo Exfoliator Beads for Skin Care
  • Article

Impact Colors has launched rice and bamboo exfoliators for skin care to serve as natural alternatives to polyethylene microbeads. Rice Exfoliator Vision Beads (INCI: Cellulose (and) Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (and) Vitamin E) and Bamboo Exfoliator Vision Beads (INCI: Cellulose (and) Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (and) Vitamin E) work at the cellular level to naturally restore skin’s beauty through gently sloughing off skin’s surface cells.

These exfoliation spheres gently exfoliate and deeply clean the skin while protecting and moisturizing, unlike other facial scrubs which can be abrasive and cause skin damage. Both beads are 300-500 microns in size.

These beads are derived from renewable natural sources, providing an elegant carrier system for active or non-polar ingredients. The bamboo and rice exfoliants are eco-friendly alternatives to polyethylene beads and may be used in soaps and other personal care formulations to give an exfoliating effect. The exfoliants are part of the company's Vision Beads Line, which also offers pigmented exfoliants.
