The Mintel Cosmetic Research database, a subsidiary of Mintel GNPD, has seen several innovative new products in the United States that are using acetyl hexapeptide-3. Many premium products that aim to combat fine lines and wrinkles list it as an active ingredient. Research also points to an increased trend of the ingredient’s usage in male-focused skincare products.

Another unique new product launched in the US is the AVA MD Extreme Specialist Replenishment Complex. Developed by a dermatologist, this product contains acetyl hexapeptide-3 and works to repair skin damage. It is said to leave the skin clear, clean, soft, and luminous.

Dermatologists are not the only ones developing antiaging products using acetyl hexapeptide-3. The new (true)Promise…Uplifted!!! Cream was launched and developed in the United States by a makeup artist. The cream is said to instantly smooth away fine, surface lines, while protecting the skin against further damage.

One of the most heavily publicized launches this season has been the Victoria’s Secret Very Sexy collection. The US-launched Very Sexy Fluid Concealer, containing acetyl hexapeptide-3, can be used to soften fine lines, diminish under eye circles, and hide blemishes and other imperfections.

Men in the United States looking for products with acetyl hexapeptide-3 need look no further than Menscience Anti-Aging Formula. For those men who wish to compete in a younger work environment, this product claims to improve the appearance of fine lines and visibly revitalize skin tone and texture.
