Perfluorohexane, perfluoroperhydrophenanthrene and perfluorodecalin are the “three forms of oxygen” as saturated oxygen gas can be released to the skin and support natural cell respiration and collagen synthesis. I did not see any ingredient that corresponds to “micro-algae” in this deck.
